YOGA
“Yoga
is an invaluable gift of ancient Indian tradition. It embodies unity of mind
and body; thought and action; restraint and fulfillment; harmony between man
and nature; a holistic approach to health and well-being.”
Yoga
is the journey of discovering the self. It is a science of development of human
consciousness. Yoga is the true union of our will with the will of God. We call
it “Unification of Atma with Parmatma”. Practicing yoga has a bundle of
benefits linked to it. It is not just a physical exercise where the person
twists, turns, stretches, and breathes but is only a complex exercise linked to
the betterment of the overall metabolism of the humans. It is also a
self-healing practice. In the busy and challenging life of today, yoga acts as
the purest medicine for relieving stress.
Yoga
is a state of equilibrium and equanimity. It is timeless and limitless. Yoga is
not just a set of asanas that keeps the body fit. It is a passport to health
insurance, a key to fitness and a link to harmonious state of mind. The asanas
are just one small part of the whole. Together with the discipline of breath,
mind and emotions, the physical practice pushes you to dig deeper. You’re
revealing the hidden layers of your personality and you’re becoming the person
you always wanted to be — that happy, vibrant, energetic person that lights up
every room. Nothing comes for granted — and that’s the biggest lesson yoga will
teach you.
At last,
but not the least, adopt yoga and feel the calmness, happiness, and relaxation
that you are searching for in this stressful life. Interestingly, let me tell
you with what is said in Bhagwat Gita, “Yoga is the journey of the self,
through the self, and to the self.”
Thank
you for your interest in YOGA
I
wish you all Happy Yoga practicing!
