FOLLOW YOUR HEART

 (My Experiences with Heartfulness Meditation)

I started meditating at the age of 18 just on the pretext that it is something good so let me try it. Somehow, it took me almost four years of a very random and rudimentary practice to get that one experience that enlightened me of its preliminary benefits. Positive mindset was one such thing. So, I thought that if we get positive mindset out of practicing meditation, then it’s a great benefit as positive mindset helps us in perceiving life challenges in a positive way. One can see Opportunities in difficulties. Our enthusiasm, courage and energy level goes up if we are positive and we are Nappy and content with such an attitude in life. Then I started Heartfulness practice sincerely. Over all these years, I have benefitted a lot and I can note down my experiences in following points:

  • Now I can handle the stress well. Life has become smooth despite of all outer turbulence and uncertainties.

  • My efficiency has improved. I can focus well on the job without getting distracted by multiple issues.
  • I feel relaxed and surrendered at heart. So, I don't get scared or influenced or nervous by sudden issues.
  •  I can shoulder extra responsibilities with

    ease.

  • I can execute overwhelming responsibilities with poise and spiritual connection.
  •  I can prioritize well.
  •  My thoughts are not cluttered now. They have become orderly. I can express them well in writing and while speaking and it does not take much time now.
  •  I have become more original, genuine and

    natural.

  •  Now I understand what is natural and required and what is superficial.
  • am more confident, content, grateful and Happy now.
  •  My desires have reduced. Desire for name, fame or property/ monetary orientations have almost disappeared.
  • Now, out of 10 things, my attention gets focused/ concerned only for those two that require some serious effort . For the rest, I remain natural and they take place naturally too. So, my mind has stopped getting engaged unnecessarily for every other thing.
  • My life has become more disciplined. Now, I can observe more of myself.
  • There is serenity, bliss, naturalness, smoothness and flexibility in everything that I do.
  •  My anger has reduced greatly. I see a purpose in life and the roles that are being assigned to me and am able to perform to a large extent, aligned to that purpose.
  •  I am kind and compassionate, now. I am firm and clear now.
  •  A clear conscience and pure will work wonders- I am a witness to it in my job and family many a times.
  • I have tested ten maxims and found them absolute effective.
  •  can accommodate people now and accept them by heart without judging them.
  •  I don't complain.
  •  I don't see faults. Now I can understand other person's perspective and see his/ her side and understand why they do or behave in a particular way.
  •  Now I can empathize instantly.

The list may go on. One may question- is all this attributed to Heartfulness Meditation only? | would say that not exactly solely as we all have different inputs by genetics, by environment, by behavior, by experiences and circumstances and so on and so forth, but I can see well that Heartfulness Meditation has helped phenomenally in bringing all this. The moment when I had realized that this is going to be the key thing in my life way back in the year 2002, It has mesmerized me with the way it has brought benefits. It has proved me wrong in the sense that it has benefitted me way beyond my understanding and expectations than what I had thought about its potential then. I am grateful in this life that this system has taken me into its fold even when | was not able to take my own decisions. This is a blessing of a lifetime and | would recommend every practitioner to test it yourself and then follow your own affirmations when you are convinced about it’s basic benefits.

Heartfulness ultimately teaches us to

FOLLOW YOUR HEART only. Best wishes.
